RNA-seq lab meeting notes

*Stringtie got a bug.

*make sure you can follow the home path$ echo $PATH

*rnaseq_hisat2 /ballgown/chrx_genes*.csv
                                        /hisat
                                   
* FPKM : stands for Fragments Per Kilobase of transcript per Million mapped reads. In RNA-Seq, the relative expression of a transcript is proportional to the number of cDNA fragments that originate from it.
